Another film an hardcore action film fan would appreciate.
Based on a chilling and shock true story, Killer Elite pits two of the world's most elite operatives- Danny (Jason Statham) and Hunter, a long time mentor (Robert De Niro)- against the cunning leader of a secret military society (Clive Owen).
Covering the globe from Australia to Paris, London and the Middle East, Danny and Hunter are plunged into a highly dangerous game of cat and mouse- where the predators became the prey. The film stars three of Hollywood's well-known action stars, Robert De Niro (Meet the Fockers, Taxi Driver), Jason Statham ( Transporter, Blitz) and Clive Owen (Shoot 'Em Up, The International). The film was currently showing in cinemas.
First of all, I do much love the film. The story is very intriguing that you are looking forward to the next scene always. The action scenes, It was perfectly good, the stunts pretty must be given gratitude. There's a scene where Statham was duct-taped in a wooden chair while fighting two armed men. Ughh, I couldn't forget that scene though. The film made me sleepy because of some scenes full of talks and talks and talks. I also couldn't help myself going ahead to the story because I almost miss about 10-15 minutes.

For the acting. Jason Statham gives an surprising acting for this film. He almost give his best that he just passed out from Seagal and Van Damme as my favorite action star. Hopefully, I want to see more of this acting in his upcoming movies. To Robert De Niro, he gives another shot for this one. He's kinda silly here and I don't much credited here as a Supporting Actor, he must totally deserve an cameo, he didn't much focus or highlighted in this film. To Clive Owen, okay, he almost did like the same acting from his previous films. He's not that scary. His awesome. And he looks even more bad-ass with a mustache in his face.
