20th Century Fox released the first trailer for the highly anticipated continuation of 'Days of Future Past', 'X-Men: Apocalypse'.
The trailer showed a clearer look at the big baddie Apocalypse (played by Oscar Isaac) in action. Apocalypse is described as the first mutant in the X-Men universe who enforces four horsemen (Magneto, Storm, Psylocke, and Angel) to defeat the remaining mutants in existence.
A bald James McAvoy was briefly shown at the end, which is a sign that the filmmakers are moving forward to the classic Professor X look.
[UPDATE: A teaser poster was also released showing Apocalypse holding a skull.]
X-Men: Apocalypse stars Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Evan Peters, Olivia Munn and Stan Lee. X-Men: Apocalypse will open in theaters on May 18, 2016.
